Dog Grooming

All Full Groom (Hair cut) appointments are scheduled for morning drop off between 8-9 AM, Bath only appointments are scheduled for drop off between 8- 10 AM. We will contact you when your dog is done with their appointment. Late arrivals are subject to late fees or will be rescheduled.

Cancellation Policy

Any client with 2 canceled or rescheduled Full Groom appointments will be required to pay a deposit for their next appointment. Reschedules will be booked as availability allows. Any no-show Full Groom appointments will be required to pay a deposit for the next appointment. Deposits are due at the time of booking. If your pet(s) are on a recurring schedule, any required deposit will be due no later than 2 weeks before the next appointment in order to keep the appointment.
